This was a very last minute decision for me to Join white rock triathlon November 7, 2009. I decided to join this event with David and Tyronne from Team Sabak. We all decided to train our "ASSES" for the next 3 weeks and hopefully come race day well be allright...

As of now there are less than 50 Participants registered and hopefully more will join! Im Actually last on the List!

Everyone knows that the weather has been horrible on this side of town so to compensate for not being on the Bike much, I decided to buy an indoor Bike Trainer... Cycleops Baby!

I finally got my Fitness First Tri Team Membership Card!

I also got the Fitness First Gym Bundle that includes earphones, Backpack, bottle and towel....

I went to Health And Beyond the Other day and bought some nutrition for WRT. Excited Much?

Big Homey Turns 1 and Patricia and I were invited to the celebration in North Forbes Clubhouse. We love little kids party becuase of all the good food. This party was off the hook and so was the food. March and Chris sure now how to throw a party for Big Homey! USA colored ballons baby..

Lunar Glides...

Nike Just got in a mega Shipment of a few new colorways of the Lunar Glides! Lunar Glides are a real great running shoe so i was all over the new Colorway! Grey and Yellow is Hott!!

I also Picked up the New Nike Human Race Shirt From Nike, I also Picked up the Pacman Knows Tee...

Patricia and I have been bored going to the same malls and eating at the same restos every weekend so we wanted to try something new... We dared to go to Megamall on a sunday afternoon... Parking was crazy, and there were jut so many people in the Mall but we made the most of our day together..

No Updates...

Not much to update as of late, the last week in the Philippines has been wild and crazy... So much has been going on its hard to get back to a normal Life. My Prayers goes out to everyone affected during typhoon Ondoy! Let's hope everything Gets better for all of us... Our office got Flooded during the Typhoon... Wet Papers needs Drying!

I didn't train for 6 whole days, I repeat 6 days.. This is the longest break I've taken since losing all this damn weight! 6 days of no training felt great! I enjoyed it a little too much...

Patricia's Younger Bro is getting into triathlon and wanted to train today. He recently bought a used Cervelo P2 from 2004... I figured since I Didnt train for 6 days, I bring Jansen along for the ride! it was a relax day of training!
